This deposit secures your place in our custom jewelry design queue and covers the initial design and consultation phase.

How It Works:

• Pay the €100 deposit to begin your custom project
• Our design team will reach out to discuss your vision – diamond shape, colour, metal, setting, and all the details
• We'll provide a CAD rendering for your approval before any physical work begins
• The deposit amount will be deducted from your final order total
• Once the design is finalized, we'll provide a full quote for the remaining balance

• This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the design and consultation work
• The final price depends on your selection of diamond, metal, setting, and design complexity
• Full quote provided before production begins – no hidden fees
• Production typically takes 2–4 weeks from design approval
