💰 How We Charge
Service fee is calculated based on the product value. Product cost and shipping are separate.

| 51 – 150 € | €12 + 5% |
| 151 – 500 € | €15 + 4% |
| > 500 € | €25 + 3% (max €80) |
**Product value refers to the total price of items you want us to purchase from Chinese stores, excluding domestic shipping.**
Examples:
• Product value €30 → Service fee: €10 + 6% × €30 = €11.80 (minimum €12 applies, so €12)
• Product value €80 → Service fee: €12 + 5% × €80 = €16
• Product value €200 → Service fee: €15 + 4% × €200 = €23
• Product value €500 → Service fee: €15 + 4% × €500 = €35
• Product value €2,000 → Service fee: €25 + 2% × €2,000 = €65 (capped at €80)
• Product value €3,000 → Service fee: €25 + 2% × €3,000 = €85 → capped at €80
