1. Service Scope

We research suppliers, gather quotes, and provide 3–5 options. We help with sample coordination, pricing clarity, and support throughout the process.

2. Payment & Fees

Standard: €80 fee + 3% commission
Premium: €160 fee + 5% commission
Samples and shipping are separate.

3. Sample Rounds

- Standard: Second round for €40
- Premium: One free second round

4. Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once sourcing begins. Full refund possible within 24 hours if we haven’t started yet.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear, accurate details. We’re not responsible for delays due to vague info.

6. Supplier Issues

We help you choose reliable suppliers, but you’re the final decision-maker. We’re not responsible for factory errors or delays.

7. Shipping & Customs

We assist with logistics, but are not liable for courier delays, import taxes, or customs issues.

8. Privacy

Your info is never shared without consent. We only use it to fulfill your request.

9. Agreement
