We research and contact trusted suppliers, gather quotes, and present 3–5 vetted options. You also get sample coordination and ongoing support.

Do I have to pay extra for samples?
Yes. You pay the supplier directly for samples and shipping. We handle the coordination.

What if I don’t like the samples?
Standard plan: you can request a second round for €40.

How long does the sourcing process take?
3–5 days to find suppliers, 10–15 days for samples, and 2–4 weeks for production (varies by product).

Do you hide supplier prices?
No. We’re 100% transparent — you see the exact factory quotes.

Can I reorder from the same supplier?
Yes — reorder directly or keep us involved for negotiation and logistics.

Do I need to speak Chinese?
Nope. We negotiate in Chinese and update you in English.

Do you forward furniture?
Yes — EU only. We can receive from any China seller, consolidate, protect, and ship to your EU address.

What’s the transit time for furniture forwarding?
Sea freight only: typically 40–50 working days door-to-door. Timing depends on route and customs.

Who pays VAT and duties for furniture to the EU?
Our furniture forwarding quotes are tax & duty included.

What delivery type do you provide?
Door-to-door delivery to your address.

Do you crate the furniture?
Yes. We crate when needed — using wooden crates or wooden boxes depending on the product and requirements. We also add foam wrap and corner guards.

How are furniture forwarding costs calculated?
Mainly by volume (CBM) for sea freight, plus packing/crating and last-mile delivery.

Can I ship from multiple sellers?
Yes. We can receive from multiple stores/factories, consolidate, repack, and ship together to save cost.

What info do you need for a furniture quote?
Product links, quantities, rough dimensions/weight, and your destination address (plus any building access notes). Photos help.

What if something arrives damaged?
Take photos/videos on delivery and notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution. Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
