Do I have to pay extra for samples?
Yes. You’ll pay the supplier directly for samples and shipping. We’ll coordinate everything for you.

What if I don’t like the samples?
- Standard: You can request a second round for €40.

How long does the sourcing process take?
3–5 days to find suppliers, 10–15 days for samples, and 2–4 weeks for bulk production (depending on product).

Do you hide supplier prices?
No. We’re 100% transparent — you see the exact pricing from each supplier.

Can I reorder from the same supplier?
Yes! You can reorder directly or continue working with us for support and logistics.

Do I need to speak Chinese?
Nope. We handle all communication with the suppliers — you work with us in English.
