What’s included in the service fee?
The service fee covers our time and effort to research and contact trusted suppliers, gather quotes, organize sample details, and present you with 3–5 options tailored to your product request. You’ll also receive help ordering samples and ongoing support throughout the process.
Do I have to pay extra for samples?
Yes. Once you choose which samples you want, you’ll pay the supplier directly for the samples and shipping. We’ll coordinate the process for you and make it as easy as possible.
What if I don’t like the samples?
If you're not satisfied with the first round of samples:
• Standard service (€80): You can request a second round of sourcing for €40.
How long does the sourcing process take?
• 3–5 business days for supplier options
• 10–15 days for sample delivery
• 2–4 weeks for bulk production
How much is the commission for bulk orders?
• 4% for Standard service
Only charged if you proceed with a bulk order.
Can I reorder from the same supplier later?
Yes. You can choose to reorder through us or directly. Many clients continue working with us for logistics and communication support.
Do you hide supplier details or pricing?
No. We are 100% transparent. You’ll see actual quotes, including per-unit pricing, MOQ, and shipping. We never mark up supplier prices.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
Not at all. Our team handles all supplier communication in Chinese. You only communicate with us in English.
